Shirley Hickey, CCS, CADCIII

Shirley Hickey has worked in the substance abuse field for over 20 years. As a state of Wisconsin and national Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, her vast experience includes substance abuse therapy in group, individual and family therapy. As a state of Wisconsin Certified Clinical Supervisor at the Jackie Nitschke Center, in Green Bay, WI, she has been responsible for program development, evaluation and clinical supervision of the agency and staff. She also served for 10 years on the Wisconsin Certification Board Peer Review Committee assessing the qualifications and integrity of persons applying for certification as substance abuse counselors.

Paul Strand, CADS, LCSW

Mr. Strand is a Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Certified Clinical Supervisor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He has held a wide variety of counselor and management positions in the substance abuse field for the past 36 years. His expertise is in clinical management and his primary scope of practice is working with persons experiencing alcohol and drug problems and anger issues.

Gary Hickey, MSSW, CSAC

Gary Hickey has a Masters Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Science and Social Work (MSSW) and is a state and national Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC). He has worked in the substance abuse field for over 17 years. Mr. Hickey also has experience providing psychotherapy, case management and rehabilitation services to consumers with mental illnesses and persons suffering from traumatic brain injuries. He is also the sole proprietor of WebsterAvenue.com LLC, a Web site development company he founded and has managed since 1999.
